all staffs are so friendly and smiling always. mr sayed was helpful and always do what makes you happy. ahmed, the bar man on the beach, was making the best cocktails ever.
i booked a room with jacuzi and i could not use it because dirty water was coming out.

Stylish Resort with AMAZING Service!
stylish designcomfortable sunbedshelpful staff
I liked the stylish interior and exterior design. The hotel combines natural materials like wood and stone beautifully. Facilities included heated pools, comfortable sunbeds, and a great gym with needed equipment. Staff members were super helpful and polite. I enjoyed the variety of fresh juices, especially strawberry, it was something special! The alcohol cocktails tasted interesting and flavorful.

Gaia Restaurant stood out due to its excellent chefs, attentive waiters, and delicious food. Yades and Lucia Restaurants were also good options, and Mamdouh always served us with a big smile.

The pools were kept very clean and the water temperature was good. I loved the attention given to us around the pool by bar staff. Toilets near the pool were clean.

The bed was very comfortable which meant a good night's sleep. Our room cleaner, Mohammed, was polite and did an excellent job. The room was spacious and well kept.

Reception Team welcomed us well. The bartenders at the Pool Bar were fun and fast. The staff's helpfulness and politeness greatly enhanced the overall experience.
